Laureola “Durian Spiky” isopods are a more rare isopod, but one of the now more common Laureola species. Unlike many isopods, Durian Spikeys do not burrow, making their enclosure setup especially important. They thrive in habitats that offer humidity and strong verticality, such as mossy sticks, and they love to munch on rotting wood and on thin leaves. They love spending their time dangling down from strands of moss on sticks that are suspended/ vertical.
