These Cubaris "Giant Marina Night" isopods are a larger Cubaris species. These are very similar to Giant Marina's but are darker in color, hence the "Night." If you are looking for a larger cubaris, these are a good option. These are also newer to the hobby.

Cubaris Giant Marina Night FAQ:

Environment: These like to be on the under side of cork bark and in the nooks and crannies of limestone rock as these are a cave dwelling species. Also being cave dwellers these need relatively high humidity.

Food of Preference: Limestone and a good substrate. While they don't burrow as much the babies can be found in the substrate. These also seem to love Fluval Color Enhancing Fish Food

Behavior: As is typical cubaris, these are night time critters. They are more active at night and they also will scurry, but not all. These can be seen in the nooks and crannies of limestone though during the day.
