The Armadillidae “Goblin Fang” isopods are definitely one of the smallest isopods out there. If you though Shiny Gators were small, these are even smaller. These would be slightly smaller than a white shark. But upon close inspection these have much more detail than either with their cool green spotchy coloring and bumps.

Environment: They thrive in habitats that offer humidity and also lots of natural moss sticks, leaves and wood bark.

Food of Preference: These seem to love smaller sticks that have bits of moss and lichen. They can usually be found at the base of the moss or lichen, see video for a visual.

Behavior: Active species that usually is on the tips of moss, underside of bark, or inside the leaves/ outside of cork bark.

Rarity: Ultra Rare
