Cubaris “Panda King” isopods are one of the more popular of the Cubaris genus, easily recognized by their sharp black‑and‑white patterning and compact, rounded build. Panda Kings prefer thrive in a mature, nutrient‑rich substrate that supports burrowing and provides a steady natural food source. A mix of leaf litter, calcium supplements, and cork barks and they are good to go. Once they get breeding they breed fast. They are a hardy species and like most cubaris are active more at night and not during the day.
